Booklet & Matching Letterhead with Custom Envelope

This booklet and matching letterhead was developed for ASAPS' toll-free cosmetic surgery referral line. Note that the finished size of booklet is 7.5" x 7.5" and the letterhead folds down to this size. They are both placed in an 8" x 8" envelope. The unusual size of this piece helps to differentiate itself from other mail (bills and catalogs), and shows the recipient that it is "something special."
