CASE HISTORY
FORUM THEATRE

PROBLEM
In order to compete with other area theatres, the Forum Theatre needed to re-design its website to make programming information easier to find, and accommodate an ever-growing list of events and programs. They also needed to encourage more site traffic.

SOLUTIONS
• Re-design the website to include the utilization of visuals and a more intuitive navigation system.

• Invite more interactivity from viewers by incorportaing a blog and a calendar-at-a-glance feature for upocoming events.

• Incorporate a newsletter sign-up form on the home page, as well as a contact form with a list of inquiry options.

• Enable the Forum Theatre to accept credit cards and process ticket sales online in real time.

RESULTS
The Forum Theatre is enjoying more web traffic than ever before. They are thrilled that viewers are interacting with them on the blog, which in turn helps them fine-tune their programming. Ticket sales have increased, and they have been amazed at how many people are signing up for their upcoming newsletters.
